Jamie Johnson

Jamie grew up in Montana and moved to Denver when she was 14 years old. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford in Connecticut, and although she loved living on the East Coast she returned to Colorado to begin her teaching career after she graduated. Later she earned her Master’s Degree in Education from Regis University in Denver. She is now starting her 20th year of teaching and excited to be at Doull teaching reading and coaching teachers. Jamie’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and three young children, who keep her very busy riding bikes, playing soccer, and building legos. When she has any time to herself, she also loves to travel, take black & white photographs, garden, play tennis, and hike in the mountains.
