DIGGING HOLES
On Wednesday, April 19, the 4th grade dug holes for planting trees for the 50th Anniversary of Doull. Five holes were dug that morning. Our class has been reading Holes and decided to dig a 5ft. by 5ft. hole everyday was a lot harder than we thought. We had to dig a 3ft. by 3ft. hole and haul the dirt in wheelbarrows to the front of the school building. It took everyone working as a team to get all 5 holes dug in 2 hours. Job well done! We later planted one of the trees.
